Oligo Synthesis Service 

ID Labs offers a service for the synthesis of both Standard and Modified Oligonucleotides. Optical Densities for standard 0.04uM Oligonucleotides is typically > 12 OD Units. Each Oligo is checked prior to synthesis for incompatibilites and secondary structure. All Oligos are desalted and deprotected (free of charge), removing all residual reaction products. Oligos are shipped in Lyophilized format. For users who require 90-97% purity, HPLC purification is also available. HPLC is best performed on oligos of 0.2uM or greater.

Scales Offered: 0.04uM, 0.20 uM, 1.0 uM. Larger Scales also available, please inquire.
