Payment Terms:

Net/Net 30 from date of invoice (FOB Origin) upon arrival. Shipping and Handling will be prepaid and added to invoice. A minimal wire transfer fee is applied for payments by wire transfer. New customers may be required to prepay for initial orders; prepayment terms are by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX), wire transfer, or certified cheque. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month, 27% per year.

Product Returns:

Products sold will not be accepted for credit or replacement unless the return has previously been authorized by Customer Services, with an authorization number, and no later than five working days from delivery. No return of custom products will be authorized if product(s) meets specifications agreed upon prior to shipment.

Hazardous Products:

Some of the products listed herein are known to be toxic, poisonous, or possibly carcinogenic agents. Such products must be handled with extreme caution. The products listed herein must be used only for in vitro laboratory or in vitro manufacturing purposes only by technically qualified investigators. They are not for drug, food additive or household use. Compliance with local, state or province, and federal regulations regarding the product use and disposal is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Product Use:

Unless otherwise indicated, all products are for in vitro research use or further manufacturing use (if applicable) only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. All products are not available in all areas of the world.

Warranty & Limitation of Remedy

This is to certify that unless otherwise specified, products supplied by ID Labs are sold for in vitro Research Use Only and are not intended for human, animal, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Some products supplied by ID LABS contain chemicals which may be harmful if misused. Due care must be exercised with all products supplied by ID LABS to prevent direct human contact.

Some applications (products) in which these products (applications) may be used are covered by patents issued and applicable in certain countries. Purchase of this product does not include a license to perform any patented application. Users of these products may be required to obtain a patent license depending upon the particular application and the country in which the product is used.

ID LABS' sole obligation and the customer's remedy is limited to replacement of regular, non-custom, products free of charge in the event products fail to perform.

ID LABS makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, and disclaims and excludes all other warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, directly or indirectly, express or implied, including, without limitation, as to the suitability, productivity, durability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, merchandisability, condition, or any other matter with respect to products supplied by ID LABS.

In no event shall ID LABS be liable for claims for any damages, whether direct, incidental, foreseeable, consequential, or special (including but not limited to loss of use, revenue or profit), whether based upon warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or strict liability arising in connection with the sale or failure of products supplied by ID LABS to perform.
